Processing Time
Order processing normally takes 1-3 business days. Processing time is the time required to confirm the order, prepare the item, and hand the package to the carrier. It is separate from transit time.
United States Shipping
We offer free shipping across the United States. US orders are normally fulfilled with USPS. Estimated transit time within the United States is usually 3-7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
For destinations outside the United States, shipping is charged at $15. International orders are normally fulfilled with UPS or FedEx depending on destination and service availability. Estimated international transit time is generally 5-15 business days after dispatch. Customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, and remote delivery locations can affect the final delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error after placing an order, email Support@hoffnal.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
