Where do you ship?
Our main sales market is the United States. We also support international shipping to eligible destinations. US shipping is free. International shipping is $15.
How long does delivery take?
Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. US orders are normally delivered in 3-7 business days after dispatch. International orders generally take 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Which carrier do you use?
US orders are normally fulfilled with USPS. Orders outside the United States are normally fulfilled with UPS or FedEx depending on destination and service availability.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. For confirmed product quality issues, Glowvera pays the return shipping cost.
Can I install the fixture myself?
Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician. Please confirm dimensions, voltage, wiring, ceiling or wall support, and installation requirements before purchasing.
