Return & Refund Policy

Glowvera accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. We want customers to have enough time to inspect the product, but returned items must meet the conditions below.

How to Start a Return

Email Support@hoffnal.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Requests made after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Examples include ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, selecting a finish that does not work in your space, or no longer needing the product.

If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, damage, defect, or fulfillment mistake, Glowvera will be responsible for the return shipping cost after the issue is reviewed and confirmed.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be unused, uninstalled, complete, and returned with original packaging and accessories where possible. Items that have been installed, altered, damaged by misuse, missing parts, or returned in a condition that prevents resale may not qualify for a full refund.

Inspection and Refunds

After the returned item is received, we inspect it before approving the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The exact posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Installed Lighting

Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician. Installed or modified products may not be eligible for return unless the issue is a confirmed product quality problem.
